This is a call to all you singles

Stand up and shout,

"Screw you, candy hearts!

You don't even taste good anyway!"

Delete the dating site ads

You get in your inbox.

And toss out the pity V-day cards

You get from your mom.

If you're single and proud of it,

You should be sure to,

Turn away from overstuffed teddy bears!

Avoid chocolate that's sickening sweet!

Embrace your independence

Fight the pressure to break off into pairs,

We're not on Noah's Ark.
