The tour guide was getting on my nerves. I longed to take my iPod out, and turn the volume up, but as my tour guide hadn't hesitated to point out, they were being kind and generous by letting me come to their school.

Apparently, they don't usually give out scholarships to anyone at all, but my 'excellent grades', and reputation to not be a trouble maker helped them to decide to let me in.

Of course, this scholarship includes boarding.

Thank God!

I swear, if I have to put up with one more foster family, I'm gone (stupid aunt doesn't want me).

The tour guide got my attention my pointing out the girl's boarding house to me. He let me have one small glance before going on to another thing. From that one small glance, I saw a mansion.

Ahh, this is going to be an interesting year.

Are these students stuck-up?

Check.

Are they going to treat me like a lower-life form, because they have money, and I don't?

Check.

I'm refusing to view this as anything other then wonderful.

Finally the tour guide let me go, and I went to wait for the bus stop.

Sorry, let me introduce myself.

Probably the most important thing about me is my music obsession. It irritates most people, but they can just deal with it.

My name is Ella, and I really like banana pudding.

I have toffee colored hair, and bright green eyes. My skin is paler then the is normal, and whenever I try to get a tan, my skin turns pink for three days, and then goes back to being pale.

I have a few freckles on my nose, and I'm really skinny.

Actually, at my last school, several people asked me if I'm anorexic.

I'm not.

My parents died when I was eleven. They are who gave me the iPod.

People think I'm a nerd, because I have really good grades.

I'm not that either.

I'm taking the bus back to my house, where I now live with my super-strict, evil aunt. She hadn't wanted to take me, but after several foster family attempts (hellooo, disaster), she agreed to take me in. Then, I decided on a whim to send a letter to this school, and they agreed to give me a scholarship!

so here I am.

I've only got about three days left of summer vacation, and then I move in.
