The Flower I Love
Her laugh so sweet, it reaches outside love,
Her sparkling eyes the jewels of the sea.
While with her, my concerns I am free of,
It is she who holds my heart and its key.
Her voice, the song of angels while on high,
The warmth of her hand melts away all doubts.
My love for her, as boundless as the sky,
My love for her, shall never face a drought.
Brush of her skin, more smooth than olive oil,
Hair so smooth, like a fountain it does flow.
her heart completely absent of all spoils,
each day together our love it does grow.
Such soft a name to a coo of a dove,
So certain I have grown, that this, is love.
