A million glass bubbles
A million glass bubbles
Ascend inside my lungs.
They clink and clatter joyously,
And it is pleasantly hard to breath.
Tiny reflections and refractions of light
Send shafts of whitish yellow
And yellowish-white
Singing through my purple-tinged soul.
I'm stepping on the sunset
--tiptoeing across pink and peach and purple
my world is color, a spectrum of brilliance
and my spirit is flying with seagulls.
