Distracted and left alone

She cries, we cry with her

Loyal to the end through the tangled

Messy, destructive she falls

We fall.

Cause this is the lie you're singing

The mixed up, jumbled up

Web you're weaving

I didn't want to let you know

But- we're leaving.

We followed like good friends do

The chaos and the empty too

We tried our best through and through

Until we realized

The centre of the chaos was nothing new

We were pawns at your touch

The lies and deception were yours

So own up.
