Colors Of Life

White is the color of purity
and it's worn by the bride,
On her very special day
It covers what she wants to hide.

Black shows darkness and night,
Secrets hidden out of sight,
Things the world doesn't know,
Protection from vanity's show.

Red, the color of desire,
Passion, love and lust,
Proving tempers can get higher,
Not always showing trust.

Orange represents the sun,
and yellow is it's mate,
Leaving all our human souls
Behind them to their fate.

Green shows health
in the soft spring grass
It brings warmth to winter's end
And helps to make it last.
