I fell in love with Jekyll, then along came Mr Hyde
I fell in love with Jekyll, then along came Mr Hyde
I don't know how to please him, though God knows I have tried
I know he thinks I'm lazy, and sometimes off my head
My make-up looks stupid, I'm not good enough in bed
He doesn't like my friends, he hates it when I cry
He made me change this poem, cos he says it is a lie
When I clean up after him, I miss a sock or two
I should be someone different, but he won't tell me who
I don't think that Hyde loves me, Jekyll disagrees
Hyde can cause me so much pain, but Jekyll never sees
Hyde says when Jekyll's not there, he's free to say what's true
I just hope one day Jekyll will be all there is to you
