"Aundrea Diane Scott, you better get your scrawny butt over here before I go over there and drag you back myself!"

"I don't see why it has to be such a big deal. I don't have to come...I really don't want to come. You guys can go without me."

"You are coming and that's final. Be here in ten or else..." Dial tone. Damn.

Sam is dragging me to another one of her Girl's Night Outs. And I have no say in it whatsoever.

I gathered up all my stuff, pulled on my hoodie, and walked out the door. It was only a five minutes walk to Sam's house so I figured I'd take the long way since I had ten minutes. As I walked, I looked around at all the different colored leaves, and at the gray sky. I loved fall-the way it gets chilly and everyone starts pulling out their scarves, and how everything just seems prettier. It gives me warm fuzzies.

I passed by the park, where little kids were playing on the playground, and through the gates that led to the upscale neighborhood where Sam lives.

When I got to Sam's hou-mansion- I was pummeled by her Boxer, Conrad, who I then had to pet until he was satisfied. When I finally got up to Sam's room, I was once again pummeled, only this time by four teenage girls. "ANDY!!" Oh god.

"Andy! You're finally here! This night out is going to be so much fun!!" That was Mandy. I don't know if I've ever heard her use an inside voice.

"Yeah Andy, wait until you find out where we're going!" That voice belonged to Tiffany...and...wait for it...

"We are going to have a blast!"...that was Ana. Mandy, Ana, and Tiffany were like three peas in a pod. Three BLOND peas in a pod. But they're MY blonde peas in a pod. Well, I suppose Sam and I share them.

Sam and I are best friends. We have been since elementary school when she moved here. We've been inseparable since. We joined up with the three musketeers in junior high, because despite their blond appearance, they are actually pretty smart and know how to have fun.

"What do you guys have planned for tonight?"

"We can't tell you. It's a secret. But don't worry, you'll love it."...Mmm doubtful. Every single Girl's Night Out has involved embarrassment and humiliation-on my part. The girls love putting me outside of my comfort zone. For example, just last week, we went to the carnival. Seems innocent, but I ended up with some random kid's puke on my shoes and popcorn and who-knows-what-else in my hair. That was why I really didn't want to come to this shindig.

Well, it seems that while talking with the triplets-not really, but that's what we call them-I seemed to have misplaced my best friend. She wasn't in the room. I swear she was just here. Hmm...

"Andy darling! Come here! I want to show you something." Ahh. Her voice was coming from the closet.

I walked into her closet-which was about the size of my bedroom-and found her next to an extremely uncomfortable looking outfit. "Oh no," I said. "You are not getting me into that. I would never wear anything remotely close to that. I refuse."

"Andy, do you trust me?" Shit. She had that look in her eyes.

"Come on, seriously, I trust you, it's just that...well, where are we going? What place would require that kind of dress code? That outfit...it's just...not me."

"Andy, put it on." Gulp. She used THE TONE. I better do it.

The outfit she had chosen was ridiculously tiny. I know I'm small, but I don't think there was enough material for my liking. I slipped on the top, which was a red halter top that went down a little too low and showed my stomach, and the bottoms, which were a pair of super short blue jean shorts. What does Sam take me for, a ho?

I stepped out of the bathroom with a scowl on my face. "SAM!! What the hell is this!?"

"Andy! You are so HOT!" I will kill her. "Okay girls, do your thing." Did I mention the girls had amazing styling skills?

When they were done, they spun me around to face the mirror. Staring at it, I saw my long dark brown hair in waves, and my gray eyes outlined in black eyeliner with smokey eye shadow. I didn't look half bad.

I was pretty much over being mad at Sam about the outfit, since she pretty much does this all the time, dressing me up like some kind of doll, but when they all announced where we were going, I was pissed.

"A club!? What!? NO! I'm not going looking like this! You can't make me!" Do they even realize that other people will be there!? Okay, that's a stupid question, but people will be able to see me!!

"Okay, seriously, Andy, calm down. It's no big deal, everyone is dressed like this. Plus, we're just going for fun. You don't have to impress anybody. This is what Girl's Night is all about. To have fun-no worries."

Wow. Sam had a point. Yeah. Why NOT go out and have fun? I deserve this. Hmm.

So with that thought in mind, we all piled into Mandy's car and drove off to the club.

When we got there, I started having second thoughts, but I realized it was too late to go back, so I did the only thing I could do, which was to keep going. When we got inside, after the 5 minute wait in line, a bunch of eyes turned in our direction. I was pretty confused, and when I turned around to see what they were looking at, there was nothing there.

"Sam, what's everybody staring at?"

"Us, silly. We're hot. Now come on, let's go dance!" She and the triplets took off for the dance floor, and I had no where to go, so I followed them. Dancing was the one thing I wasn't worried about. I had been attending dance class for a good portion of my life, and I'm pretty good if I do say so myself.

As we were dancing, I felt a pair of arms attach themselves to my waist, and since I was so into the zone, I just went with whoever it was. I never really thought about what was happening, but when the song was over, I turned around and instead of my friends dancing with me, there was a guy in their place. A really HOT guy.

I kind of panicked, so I turned around. When I turned back around, he was gone.
