Across my belly was a dotted line,
Sharp, perfect, dotted lines as if someone printed it there when I wasn't looking,
Tracing my finger across the line, something as unusual as this,
But when your mind is in and out of sanity and insanity,
Nothing seems to surprise you.
So like I learned in elementary school,
I took a pair of scissors and cut across the dotted line,
Out pooled the colors, vibrantly mixing the rainbow inside me,
Gee, I never knew,
How colorful of a person I was.
