She pulled his chin to hers and their lips met, aggressive but soft and beautiful at the same time. Long shimmering light brown hair cascaded down her back, slightly moving back and forth like a billowing curtain swaying in the breeze of an open window. She pressed her breasts into his chest as she wrapped her arms delicately across the back of his neck in a passionate fragile embrace. Her skin tingled with electricity where it touched his. She could feel the heat of his body radiating through his white collared shirt where her arms rested, making her pale cheeks burn red with desire. His tanned hands slid their way around the sides of her sensitive stomach, pulling her closer to him and holding her as if he would never have to let go. The glitter on her cheeks caught the white summer light pouring in through the window, each sparkle dancing silver as the light hit it. Their lips moved tenderly against each other, almost perfectly. She wanted to cry but she resisted, trying to preserve the beautiful perfection of the moment and make it last as long as possible.

He pulled his face away from hers and looked down into her glittering eyes, her shimmering cheeks accenting their beautiful color of ice. His gaze was soft and loving but also penetrating. He was looking deep into her soul, her mind, seeing who she really was. For the first time, she didn't look away.

She stared back up into his golden honey eyes with the same intent as him. With her eyes, she traced his sharp tanned cheek bones, his curved lips and his blonde streaked brown hair falling across his face. Finally she looked deep into his honey eyes, looking at the soul of an angel. He truly was beautiful, all of him.

He pulled her close in an embrace and she rested her head on his chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat and feeling every breath he took as his chest rose and fell. She wrapped her arms around his waist, the same way he was holding her. She could've stayed there forever, feeling his warmth and listening to the life inside of him. She wanted to stay there forever.

She felt his arms slide down her body as they fell back to his sides, letting go of her. Tears pricked her eyes as she pulled away from him. They looked at each other, sadness overwhelming both of them. The pain in his eyes was unbearable for her to look at and yet she couldn't pull her eyes away from perfection.

He parted his lips and sucked in a deep slow breath to speak. She knew what was coming.

"Goodbye," he whispered, before turning away from her. He walked out of the high arched doorway of the room, away from the arms that longed to hold him for all of eternity.

"Goodbye," she whispered back, almost too quiet to hear.

If he'd heard her or not, she'd never know.
