Nerox; Chapter One.

"There you are Nerox, I've been looking for you everywhere, what are you doing down here?"

Nerox looked up from where he was sitting.

"What do you want Cree? I'm busy." She walked under the bridge and sat beside him.

"You don't look that busy to me." He threw a flat stone into the water and looked back down to the tuft of grass he was pulling at earlier.

"How did you find me here?" She smiled at him and pushed a strand of his messy blond hair behind his ear and he swatted her away.

"I asked Saor. He saw you coming down here this morning and figured you might still be here. He is worried about you." Nerox rolled his eyes.

"Saor? That old fool wouldn't notice if someone came up behind him and stabbed him." Cree looked at him in shock. "I'm sorry Cree, my mind is-" he paused and turned to meet her gaze. "-elsewhere." She stood up and turned to leave but felt his grip wrap around her wrist.

"Hey let go Nerox, you're hurting me." She looked at him in time to see him pull out a small silver blade. "Wha- what are you doing Nero?" He smiled at her. "You were going to go tell father about this weren't you sister? Don't try to deny it, I know you oh too well."

"No, please, oh god no-" The man pleaded, looking up to his captor. "I-I'll do anything you want.. please.. don't kill me." Nerox picked up a grimy breaker drill and wandered over to the man.

"Anyting I want you say?" Tears streaming down the man's face as he whispered;

"Anything." Nerox smirked as the drill roared to life drowning out the man's screams of terror, which were shortly replaced by the sound of bones being crushed. Then, silence.

"Hmm.. This one's going to be a pain to clean.." His voice trailed off as he heard stirring in the room next door. "I wouldn't try to get up too quickly.." He called "The drug takes a while to wear off." He drifted over to the door and casually leaned against the frame, watching his little sister taking in her surroundings.

She found herself in a small, dark room with no windows, that hadn't been cleaned in what seemed like years. There were three wooden chairs, two of which were stained red with what she assumed was blood, but hoped otherwise.

"Where.. where are we Nero? How did I get here? We.. we were at the bridge, and then you-" Her eyes opened in shock as she realised she was bound with cuffs, around both her wrists and ankles.

Tears started to form in her eyes as she saw her brother grinning happily, his shirt covered in crimson spots. He was holding a large drill dripping wet with the same liquid.

"What have you done?"
