A/N: I wasn't sure if this was poetry so I put it in here. Just an idea that came to me today. Would love some feedback

Words from a sixteen-year-old girl are petty and proud.

They make no sense yet are somewhat profound.

They contradict themselves but make perfect sense.

They are immature but sophisticated.

First they are self loving, then they are self loathing.

They can be innocent, sweet, and kind.

They can be fierce, harsh and cruel.

They are one big juxtaposition.

Often they are confused and questioning.

They can be frustrated, trying to find their place in the world and at the same time exude confidence.

In the end, words from a sixteen-year-old girl are precious and should be treasured, because they are the words you will never get back
