"You are such an asshole." Melanie seethed, poking an accusatory finger at Dave. "I mean…what the hell is wrong with you!" She stuttered, yelling, as she stormed into the apartment.

Melanie and Dave took their fraying relationship into town that night. They were supposed to enjoy a night out with their friends. Over the course of the night they fought constantly. First about where Dave parked the car, then about Dave drinking too much alcohol, then about Dave stumbling due to that very reason, and spilling said alcohol all over the lap of Melanie. After that it seemed like anything would set the two off into frenzy.

"Me?" Dave yelled back, forcefully taking off his jacket. "Do you know how degrading it is having my girlfriend constantly condescending me?"

Melanie narrowed her already glaring eyes. "When did I condescend you?"

"Were you not there tonight? I am a grown man Mel, if I want to have a drink with my mates then I will."

"A drink?" She scoffed. "You practically inhaled the whole bar."

A sneer pulled at Daves' lips. "Yeah, well I had a head ache to get rid of."

Her pale blue eyes rolled, showing her irritation. "And did it help?"

Dave grimaced. "Apparently not, you're still here."

If possible, Melanies' glare increased. She stomped into the bedroom; spending the entire night in a bourbon soaked dress was hardly what Melanie called comfortable.

An exasperated groan left her snarling lips. "I hate you." She huffed.

He followed after her, undoing his shirt buttons as he did. When he entered the room he saw Melanie fighting to pull her form fitting dress off, whilst still wearing her high-heeled shoes. She didn't see him as he watched her. He gulped, trying to swallow the hard lump in his throat. No matter how mad that woman made him, he was a fool at resisting her.

Eventually, Melanie pulled down the dress and stepped out. She pushed her hair back off her flushed face, taking off that dress had been a lot of effort. Melanie looked down at herself and laughed tightly. She turned to Dave. "I had this whole friggin night planned. All you had to do was park in the place I suggested and not get drunk." She shook her head and motioned to the black lacy bra and matching underwear adorning her voluptuous body. "I wanted to do something nice for you. I just feel like an idiot."

Dave pulled his eyes from roaming her body. "I didn't know."

Melanie started to remove her earrings. She turned away from Dave. "It was a surprise." She murmured.

"I'm sorry." Dave said, really meaning it. He had been acting a tad irrational. He'd had a long day at work, and coming home to the light bickering set him in a worse mood.

Melanie looked down at her hands, fiddling with the sparkling jewellery. "Don't say sorry. I hate it when you apologise."

"Well what do you want me to say?" He asked, getting angry once again.

"I don't know." She spat back. "Maybe you don't have to say anything. Maybe," She stressed, etching closer to him. "You could do something!"

Dave stepped forward then, a glare so pure in hatred it scared even Melanie. She retreated back as he slowly advanced. "What do you want me to do?" He asked her, lowly, barely above a whisper.

"I…" She faltered, not knowing how to reply. Melanie truly thought Dave would hurt her. He had her trapped, her back against a chest of drawers.

His hands leaned on the drawers and he bent forward, breathing his hot breath on Melanies face. Right when she thought he would snap and attack her, Daves eyes left hers. His head tilted and she felt soft lips lightly kiss her neck.

This not being what she had expected caused a soft gasp. Her eyes fluttered shut as her hands travelled up his back. "That." She said, breathless. His hands slid over her bare skin, she arched her back, pushing her breasts against Daves chest.

Melanie pulled Dave closer. He stopped his work on her neck and stared straight into her lust filled eyes. She looked back. Her hands slid down his back slowly, she fingered the hem of his shirt and dragged it up, over his head.

Dave bent his head, resting his forehead on Melanies. He cradled her face in his hands, looking lovingly into her eyes, memorizing ever speck of colour. Melanie, growing frustrated, pushed her lips to his. He kissed her back gently; savouring every moment they had together.

No explanation needed really... thanks : )
