"Stop, you thief!" Panting frantically, I ran down the escalator from the heavily puffing security guard. I clutched the pack of cigarettes tightly in my hand as I made my jump to freedom--crashing into someone. I looked up to find myself staring into a goth boy's green eyes.
Wait, just stop right there. I wasn't always like this, stealing cigarettes, running from security guards, fearing for my life. Once upon a time, I was a normal girl, as normal as they came. But not long after my seventeenth birthday, I found out that my life would never be the same again.
So let's go back to the beginning; to a time before my life turned to shit. But before I start telling you about that, I'll have to tell you about myself. The real me, I mean. Not some thieving street urchin. Cause like I said, I used to be normal.
