The band ended "Happy" by NeverShoutNever and started a techno sounding version of "I'll have to say I love you in a song" by Jim Croce.
The Music was loud; the vibe, intoxicating. Kaylie was lost in the crowd, her senses overwhelmed.
Trevor had seemed surprised to see her before the show, but now it seemed he was glad she was there. At the start of every song his eyes met hers as if he was saying "This is for you, all of this is for you. I am yours." Well at least she hoped that was what he was saying.
"This is our last song everybody, hoped you enjoyed the show!" Trevor yelled grasping the microphone in one hand and the neck of his guitar in the other.
Trevor's Baritone voice carried across the crowded club singing the first few lines of "Extraordinary Girl" by Green Day:

As they finished packing up their equipment, Trevor came over to sit next to Kaylie on the edge of the stage.
"Was it all you expected to be?"
"No," Kaylie answered, causing a hurt and confused expression to cross Trevor's face.
"well we were having some problems with our amps and-"
"it was better than I expected." Trevor's face glowed with happiness and Kaylie laughed that she tricked him so thoroughly.

Trevor jumped into the car, his face still with one of the happiest expressions on it one could ever imagine. The butterflies in his stomach felt like they could explode out of his mouth at any moment.
"She say yes?" Rob asked smugly.
"yea. We are going to the movies tomorrow." Trevor Replied
"That's all she said?"
"No, she asked me what took so long."

Kaylie's phone was over-come with the high pitched noises of girls getting super excited. Kaylie had called Kate and Pam after getting off the phone with Mandy and Alanna, who had had a similar reaction to the news.
"HE ASKED YOU OUT?" they both yelled.
"yup."
"HE ASKED YOU OUT!" the yelled again.
"yes. He asked me out. Please do not say that again." Kaylie chuckled. The Grin had not left her face since the concert, two hours ago.
"What are you going to do?"Pam asked.
"Where are you going to go?" Kate asked.
"We are going to watch that new movie Easy A at the center of town." Kaylie responded.
"When?" they asked simultaneously. They seriously are using their twin telekinetic powers today! Kaylie thought.
"Tomorrow." Kaylie said. Another round of squeals.
"We are so happy for you Kayl's!" Said Kat
"Yeah! You guys will have tons of fun. We knew this day would come from the beginning." Pam agreed.
DELETED SCENES:
"So…" Trevor coughed into his hand after a few seconds of silence.
"Mhmm." Kaylie said, watching Rob slam the trunk of Trevor's mom's car closed.
"I was wondering if you'd- er- like to go on a- um- date sometime." Trevor asked, pausing to watch for Kaylie's reaction.
Her face was the definition of shock. "Omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg" thought Kaylie, her head not processing clear thoughts.
Trevor blushed and continued quietly and fast "'Cus I really like you Kaylie. But, if you don't feel the same way-"
"TOTALLY!" she squealed with happiness. Then turned to him and lightly punched him in the arm. "Took you long enough, Trev!"
