"What are you doing?" I asked.

Luke looked at me in a funny way and I smiled sheepishly. "This is called a corsage." He tied the bunch of flowers at my wrist and grinned. "You look beautiful today."

I still haven't gotten round to getting adjusted to his tacky compliments. I mean seriously, what was I supposed to do, be humble and tell him I'm not that, or smile wide and be proud? "Thank you." I muttered. I could feel my cheeks start to turn red right at that moment.

A couple of other bridesmaids passed by us and giggled when they saw Luke. I know there are a lot of fish in the sea, so could they NOT try to flirt with MY fish? I know my fish was the best, but still… We were at Nick's wedding. Luke was one of the groomsmen and he probably wrestled with his brother just to make me a bridesmaid.

"Come on." Luke took one of my hands and squeezed it tightly. "Relax."

I breathed in deeply and glanced one more time at Luke before starting down the aisle. "Let's go." I whispered.

The pictures were taken and I was practically blinded by every camera flash. Who knew weddings were this complicated and tiring? The last wedding I attended was when I was seven, and I was the dear flower girl whom everyone thought was so cute. I didn't remember getting pictures taken at exactly this pose and that.

When the last picture was taken and I thanked God that the bride's dress didn't rip when I accidentally placed a heel on the foot of her dress, Luke sat down next to me and laughed. "I was horrible." I groaned.

"You were cute."

"Shut up."

"I won't." He grinned.

He laced his fingers into mine and I rested my head against his shoulder, all the while carefully making sure that my hairdo wasn't going to get messed up. There was still a reception we had to attend. "I love you." He whispered.

I smiled. "I love you too."

"You do know that you're mine, right?" He asked.

I nodded hesitantly.

"And you do know that sooner or later you're gonna be marching down the aisle here again, right?"

I started to nod, but something sunk in. Wait, what? I glanced up at Luke and his eyes were sort of shiny and all, and his smile was genuine.

"Sarah, you're mine, and you're my last love. I promise you that. When we're old enough, I'll marry you in this very same church." He looked at me and his face grew serious.

God, I'm too young to get married.

"I'm not saying I'll marry you right now, I said when we're old enough!" He remarked as if reading my mind.

I placed my head back to its previous position and breathed in his scent.

"So will you marry me by that time?" His tone was kinda hopeful, if I wasn't mistaken.

I chuckled and tightened my hold on him. "Like duhhh, of course I will."
