Chapter Five
Father's POV
"Get out of my kingdom!" Mother Nature boomed.
"Mother Nature, it doesn't mean I don't lo-"
"You cheat on me with a mortal, and then you say you love me?!"
"I don't really regard it as-"
"You are hereby banished!" Mother Nature exclaimed, thunder booming in the usually cheery kingdom.
"It's my kingdom as much as yours!"
"Oh no! Not anymore!" Mother Nature boomed, raising her hands and summoning creatures; demons; goblins; dwarfs, elves; and even fire breathing dragons.
A swarm of monsters attacked, knowing it would overbear me, I teleported out of my own kingdom, blood, sweat and all, never to come back. Ever since, she was bitter and shallow. Disallowing even my minions to enter the kingdom, by some sort of magical barrier. Yet, she would never suspect a child... Maybe, just making

"What!" My mother exclaimed, raising her hands in the air. "What kind of father tries to send their daughter off on a journey!"
"A stupid one?" Primrose interrupted. Mother just gave her a look that said 'This is no joke.'
"Ugh, this exactly why I got rid of him." Mother murmured, her hands covering her face.
Got rid of him? Does that mean she divorced him or something?
"So... Am I going?" I asked, hoping the answer was yes.
"Of course not! Why would I send my daughter into danger, huh?" My mother snapped.
"But, but, didn't you say that Father would never do anything to hurt me?" Mother just ignored me, and stalked off towards her room, but not before saying, "It's your father I'm mad at, not you."

I lay in my bed, my reddish-brown hair sprawled all over my white, fluffy pillow. I found my white quilt with polka dots of various colors comfier than usual. Primrose stood on my window sill, my lamp aiming at her, giving the impression that she was sunbathing. I could see the stars twinkling in the dark night sky, indeed like diamonds. My whole room was fairly dim, except for the area where Primrose stood. Despite the peace, I couldn't get off my mind the idea of going on the journey, that sounded delightfully fun.
"Primrose, what do you think?" Yet she seemed much to engrossed on light-bathing to answer me, so I asked again, "Primrose?"
"Oh, huh?" Primrose responded dumbly.
"Do you think we should go?"
"Oh gee, that's hard one," she responded sarcastically.
"Well should we?" I asked, a bit annoyed at her not taking the matter seriously.
"Sure," she answered.
"But Mother doesn't want me to."
"Well then don't."
"But-"
"Look, why do you care about my opinion? Everybody else is just telling me to shut up!"
An uncomfortable silence took place, me just laying there thinking, while Prim silent, not even humming. It was very true, everybody has been telling her to shut up, they don't care about any of her opinions. I wonder how she must feel... Most people treat me well, and I have some friends, but not much. No matter how annoying they are, as long as their pretty nice, I was willing to be their friend.
"I care," I responded, finally breaking the silence. With that, I started to get ready for bed.
