a pretty, pretty princess spinning around,
one would look and say it was quite a sight,
for this princess is not a daughter but a son.
he'll wear a smile, others will frown
for surely he must be gay,
but he'll shake his head and point instead,
to the ballerina on the stage.
with grace and majesty she draws him in,
dancing around, causing hearts to pound,
however the sadness will fill him, as he is not alone.
his eyes are not the only upon her to gaze,
so he'll sigh and remove the crown,
for life is not all fun and games,
and this is just another story,
of a princess without their crown,
and no prince for miles to be found.
