These walls have ears

Every whisper, they hear

They know her fears

Heard all the sobs and tears

Rumors build up walls

They tear down minds

These words in the halls

It's all she finds

Just until she falls

Brick by brick

Her stomach churns

The lies pile quick

Her eardrum burns

Brick by brick

She twists and turns

She feels sick

If these walls had a heart beat

Two legs, and a voice

They'd march up with their new feet

Help her make a choice

Stand and rise above defeat

Help her find her voice

Lend a hand if they had one

Shed a tear if they had eyes

But they have none

They realize

So these walls will tumble and fall

To save her from her mind, unfurled

And they will sacrifice it all

To protect her from this wretched world
