On each breezy spring

You can find me in my

Tire swing

Kicking my Mary Janes into the air.

The wind blows my hair into my face

Intruding into my mouth

My nose

My eyes;

The light streams through

My auburn-tinted vision

A bantam luminescence

An alabaster glow

And it makes me smile

In the purest sense

Just a little bit

That it doesn't make my face hurt

Just a little crack of the lips

So that my teeth barely show.
