and how your eyes sparkle when you laugh

how you can just sit there

and be completely content

those times when we do have something to say

because the sound of your voice is music

all the times we've spent together

and the times we still haven't

being unafraid to express my feelings

for fear of rejection, like the past

when we're together

because it feels like time has stopped
