Boys Don't Wear Pink

Boys don't wear pink. It's just not normal, right? Unless, they're gay, that is. I do not have anything against gays. I swear! It's just that boys who are straight don't wear pink unless they're loony or something along that line. But apparently, Edward doesn't think so.

"You just can't wear pink!" I growled.

"Why not? I'm making a fashion statement," he retorted, equally angry.

"It's just… not normal! Especially if you wear hot pink!"

"So? It's a nice color!"

"It is, but not on you! Are you sure you're not gay?" I asked him thoughtfully.

"What?" he boomed, "NO! I'm not!"

"Are you really sure? I mean, Edward is a pretty gay name too," I murmured.

"Oh, yeah, right. So, my parents decided to name me Edward because they saw me having the ability of being gay in the future," he rolled his eyes.

"Who knows!" I yelled, exasperated. He rolled his eyes.

"Really, Em? Geez, why do you care anyway?"

"Because… because…," I faltered. Huh. I didn't know why I did, either.

He stared at me with a raised eyebrow before a mischievous grin overtook his features.

Uh oh… I don't like the look of that.

"Do you care about me, Em?" he asked tauntingly. I didn't know where this was going.

"Uh, you're my friend. Sure I do," I replied, running my fingers through my hair.

"Do you really, really care about me, Em?"

I shot him an impatient look, "What's your point?"

"You like me," he announced happily.

"WHAT?! I do n-"

He kissed me suddenly. I rammed my elbow into his stomach, causing him to yelp and jump back.

"WHAT DID YOU KISS ME FOR?" I yelled.

"WHAT DID YOU ELBOW ME FOR, WOMAN?" he yelled back.

"Because you kissed me. Back to my question. Why did you kiss me for?"

"Because –oof," he rubbed his stomach, "You like me. Gosh, this stings."

"I do not. And still, you and pink equals to gay," I stated.

"Stop talking about me being gay," he shot me a look.

"AHA! So you admit that you're gay!"

"…What?! I did not!"

He kissed me again.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!"

"To prove that I'm not gay," he grinned smugly.

I shot him a look, "You're still gay. Your name says it all."

Again, he kissed me.

"Are you going to make a habit out of this?" I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Yep," he nodded, reaching out to kiss me again.

The only difference this time was that I kissed him back.

… Boys still don't wear pink. It's not normal.

This is really short. And, um, random. Enough said.

Reviewww? :D

P.S. I wrote this when I was super hyper. So, yep! :D

P.S.S No offences to any Edward out there. It's not a gay name! I swear. I think. Heh xD
And boys can wear pink. There's nothing wrong with that either.
