Deny the Willow
Why will the willow sing?
When the wind is playing a sad melody?
It won't be heard; their tears flow around their mourning ring.
Why do their breath give out such a sigh?
Their eyes won't close; it won't ever fall asleep.
The never-ending goodbye.
How can such a thing exist?
Their hairs blow silently, leaving their traces in the nights air.
With it's soft, pail lips kissing the deep black darkness of despair,
When did this combination begin to coexist?
Deny the willow.
It's light can't be seen other than in the seekers moments of disaster,
For their love is only for their master,
Who wishes for a new beginning.
Deny the willow.
For it seeks your heart and soul,
If you're not careful, their emptiness will have you be swallowed whole.
Lost forever, you will be, so look away while you can.
Deny the willow.
Its sadness isn't for the fainthearted.
The feelings absorbed will leave you departed.
Run, fast, for you don't want to be caught by its deadly trap.
Why will the willow sing?
It won't be heard; their tears flow around their mourning ring.
Why do their breath give out such a sigh?
The never-ending goodbye.
How can such a thing exist?
When did this combination begin to coexist?
