Hey! I'm so excited to finally be uploading this. This is like a chapter before the first chapter, so a Prologue lol. I really hope everyone will like this new story. Just as a note, this is kind of a continuation of I Love Her, well, Most of the Time so it would kind of help if you read that to understand some of the things I write in later chapters. Some of the characters you will recognize and they are the same people but there are new characters too. Thank you so much for reading, welcome new readers and for the people who have stuck with me from the last story, thank you so much for doing so.

My life had been absolutely crazy these past years. It was four years that I had moved to New York City last week. It was Summer now and it felt like it might be a hot one but it was still okay for May. I moved out here with my friend Sean after Jill had moved here with her...I still had trouble saying it, husband Damien. They had met only a couple months after we had broken up, I thought it was going to be another one of her quick things but they lasted and dated for about two years before he proposed.

At first I was hurt and mad, I never thought anybody was good enough for Jill but I got to know him a little and he was good to her so I guess I couldn't complain. Then one day Jill took me out to lunch she said 'I have something important to tell you' and the first thing I thought was, 'I will kill myself if she tells me she's pregnant' but that wasn't it, far from it. You're not going to believe me when I say it, I hardly believed her but she proved it to me and my world got flipped upside-down. Jill told me she was turned into a Vampire, crazy I know. Obviously I had a shit ton of questions but she did a pretty good job on filling me in.

She said unlike the movies and TV shows portrayed, there are actually many species of Vampires, she was a species called 'Warm Bloods' they were a little more human like, their skin is sensitive to the sun but they won't burst into flames or sizzle. They still drink blood and are still immortal but they are one of the more docile species, not the crazy blood thirsty and uncontrollable ones shown in the popular culture. At first you could imagine I said 'bullshit' to all of this but one flash of her fangs and I was convinced. She said Damien had turned her after they had gotten married and they were some kind of 'mates' now...I know sappy.

I also had stuff going on with me besides finding out that creatures besides humans inhabit the earth. I had lived with Sean for two years after we moved down here but then I met Taylor. She was, to say the least, beyond words. She was amazing and even a little prettier than my best friend and ex Jill (not that I would eversay that to her), I moved into her apartment six months into our relationship. I love her more than anything, but I do have a mistress, well, a couple. Their names are Cocaine, Alcohol, Weed, Acid...I could go on, I'm trying to break up with them but it's hard, really hard. But my life is pretty good, it just scares me sometimes when things go too good for too long, something is bound to happen...
