Journal of a supervillain

By Justin J.

Notes: This was actually inspired by "The WTF Journal of Thalia Evans" by Schyzotypal X, though it will be a mixture of humour, drama...and whatever else I can throw in here :D

January 18th

I can't believe I'm doing this. Those damned jocks at school would have a field day if they ever found this. "Richard's diary! Let's read it aloud to the entire school!"

God, I hate them. Them and that bitch Alli, she's the worst. The jocks are brainless goons, but Alli...she's a cheerleader, but she's also highly intelligent, cunning, and enjoys humiliating me. She's smoking hot, and goes though guys like a cow through grass, but is proud to be a virgin.

I'd love nothing more than to disgrace her one day, but she's...scary. I don't know what it is, but she has this look that just scares the crap out of me. I know I have my....abilities, but they're not that great. So I can manipulate tabletop game pieces and actually make them move? Big deal, it doesn't help me against the bullies at school, against those brainless jocks.

Oh yeah, I might as well write out my name, since this is my journal (I refuse to call it a diary, I may be a thin, four-eyed geek, but I have my pride).

My name is Richard Ibsen, 18 years old, a high school senior. I'm graduating in four months, and I can't wait to get out of high school and into college. I suppose I'm a bit of a stereotype - I love video games (especially RPGs, my current favourite being Demon's Souls on the PS3), comic books, manga, tabletop games, science fiction and fantasy books and shows...

And of course, I'm single. Nobody wants to date me. Any girl that does is singled out by Alli and her bitch squad, humiliated in front of the whole school.

God, I want to make Alli suffer. Especially for what she pulled today...

"Oh Richie..."

Richard cursed under his breath and turned, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose (he made a mental note to replace them, they were slipping far too often lately), his dark eyes just staring hatefully at the cheerleader in front of him.

"What is it?" he asked. Alli smirked and ruffled his black hair.

"Aw, just came to see what you were up to, that's all," she said, and her 'friends' behind her all snickered.

Richard shoved her hand away in annoyance. "...We're going to be late for class."

Alli frowned and grabbed him by the collar of his dark blue shirt. "I'll make it in time. Not sure about you, Richie."

Richard looked into her blue eyes and froze, fear overtaking him, as it always did when he looked her in the eyes.

"W-what do you mean?"

They were standing at the top of the stairs. Their school had three floors, and they were on the third floor.

Alli pushed him down as hard as she could. Not hard considering he was physically weak. Richard's eyes went wide as he tumbled down the stairs, hitting the wall hard, but not stopping as he continued his downward tumble, hitting his head hard several times before finally reaching the first floor.

Not a single student even looked at him. They all just continued walking, one of the jocks even stepping on his crotch as he walked up the stairs.

"Did I step on something?" he asked his friend.

"Nope, but maybe you should make sure..."

Richard's eyes widened as the jock drove his foot down again.

And again.

And again, and finally a third time.

"Hmm...nope."

I hate them all. I want to leave this school, this town...this Creston.
