"I think he's gay" I whispered to my best friend Bridget. The guy sitting in front of me snickered.

"What?" I thought. "That presenter guy really acts like one."

"Why do you say so?" she asked.

"Well, just look at the way he speaks – his voice is so gay-ish."

"You know, Becca, if guy's voice is strange it doesn't mean he's gay." Bridget whispered back to me.

"But look at his pants – have you ever seen a normal guy wearing tight, purple jeans?" I almost forgot about professor.

"You know about guys fashion nowadays – being gay is popular."

This time, the guy sitting in front of me laughed out loud.

"Do you have any questions, Mr. …?" the laugh caught professor's attention.

"Sorry Sir" the guy said.

"And that's the voice I would like to hear every single day for the rest of my life." Once again I muttered to Bridget.

"Are you saying that you'd like to be his wife?" this time was Bridget's turn to snicker.

"I didn't say that, did I?"

"Not literally but I can read between lines." I just rolled my eyes.

Hm… Actually, the guy in front of me wasn't bad. He wasn't bad at all. He had dark hair and manly (as far as I could see) figure. He was 100% different from the presenter guy.

"Well it wouldn't be so bad to be his girlfriend at least." I giggled like a dumb blond. Which I wasn't.

"Ask his name in that case" Bridget smirked. She thinks I can't do it. Well, I can say just one thing – wrong!!!

"Hey," I poked the handsome guy "I like you, what's your name?" I asked. Oh – what a gorgeous green eyes he has. I saw Bridget's jaw hitting the ground.

The guy chuckled. "I'm Finn, what about you sweet pie?"

"Rebecca, nice to meet you Finn." I shook his hand but had to let go because the professor was looking our way again.

"I think gay guy is finishing already." I said to Bridget.

"Thanks for your attention, have a nice day." That sentence was the only one I understood from his presentation. Come on people – the gay guy's subject was physics!

He went to sit in his place. Oh my flying pigs! He sit in front of me and high-fived with the handsome one. Bridget just turned at me with her eyes wide. From where the hell should I know that they are friends? Bridget and I were late to the lecture - he was already talking. And we haven't even thought about where he would be going to sit.

"So, for your homework you have to read this book." The professor's voice interrupted my thoughts. My eyes caught the name and I quickly wrote it down. I wanted to go out as fast as I could. I've never been so embarrassed. Okay – scratch that – I always do something stupid which I regret later.

After gathering up all my belongings, I stormed out of the class. Still, my eyes found the handsome guy and he smirked at me. Oh no, he won't.

"You know what?" I heard him telling to his gay friend. "I think you should finally get out off the closet – everyone notice how gay you are." Now that is interesting. I started to go slower.

The gay guy almost killed eye candy with his look.

"What's that supposed to mean? Who says I'm gay?"

"Who doesn't?" I thought.

"She certainly does." When the finger was pointed at me and pair of dark blue eyes found mine (his eyes color is the same as mine. That's strange) I realized it was time for me to go. Fast.

"I wonder who's going to make a presentation today." Bridget asked me week later.

"Have no idea but I hope it won't be the previous gay guy." I said sleepily. No coffee and almost no sleep equals terrible day.

"You sure sound homophobic." My best friend smirked at me.

"I'm not." I whined. "It just annoys me when all the hot drool-worth guys trades girls for guys and already have boyfriends." It really pisses me of. I have nothing against them but I want nice boyfriend too.

"Well that's one interesting opinion." Masculine voice told behind my back. I turned around and saw Finn from previous lecture and gay guy.

And here you have example in front of your eyes: a guy with his light brown hair, blue eyes and with body Adonis himself wound envy, is evaluated 11 in scale of 10 but I can give you 99,99% that he already have had dozen or so boyfriends. At least he's normally dressed today and his voice doesn't sound as gay-ish as last time.

The only good thing – I can also give 99,99% that Finn is straight. But I still like gay guy better. Well, can't change anything.

Oh great – they are going to sit next to us today. Naturally I wouldn't mind but last time we met wasn't very nice. Especially the part when eye candy (Finn) told his gay friend that I think he's gay. You wonder why it wasn't nice? It's quite bold to say to unknown guy that he's gay even thought he is. Confusing – I know.

"Everyone has their own opinion." I said and rolled my eyes.

"They sure do." Gay guy looked me in the eyes. Again. He took a place next to mine and stared into me all the lecture. It really was awkward.

"What?" I hissed. Who could bear it – hour and a half being stared at.

"Nothing." He narrowed his eyes and smirked.

"Then stop staring at me."

As the professor said that we are free to go, I bolted out just like the last week.

This week is quite different – it's my turn to make a presentation. Hell, I'm nervous. I was never good at talking in front of lot of people.

"Hello, I'm Rebecca Mills and my topic is intercultural communication. If you have any questions feel free to ask me during my presentation or after it."

After I started talking, my fear went away. After 10 looong minutes I finished. There were few questions but since they were easy soon I was able to go back to my seat. Next to eye candy.

Talking about his gay friend, I should mention that after first time I have seen him, he has never worn his purple jeans again and his voice became manlier. Strange – that's all I can say. And the eye candy is very nice guy – easy and simple to talk, he understands me better than Bridget sometimes.

"Maybe you two would like to grab something to drink?" Finn asked Bridget and me.

"Sure." We both answered unison.

"I think I haven't introduced my friend to you properly. This is Ian."

"Yeah – and this is Bridget." I smiled at Finn and pointed at my BFF.

Two cups of coffee later I went to bathroom and as I went out, I bumped into Finn.

"Hey, Becca. Just the person I was looking for." Could it be that he's going to ask me out? As I said – he's a nice guy but I see him more as a friend.

"Look, Finn, you really are nice guy but I don't think it's going to work out." I stated very fast. I noticed his eyes widening a bit.

"I think you misunderstood something. From the first time we met actually." He smiled. "You see – there was a bet going between Ian and me."

"What kind of bet?" I'm just curious.

"In case Ian had lost, he should have pretended to be gay for a week and it would be the opposite with me." He was looking at me with puppy eyes.

"So you're telling me that Ian is straight and you're gay?"

"..yeah. but I don't want to loose you as a friend."

"Okay – now you really do sound very gay." I smiled and hugged him. I can't believe I haven't noticed it earlier. "Just don't tell anything to Ian yet."

"Why?" Finn smirked.

"I have my own reasons." Great – I'm blushing now.

"I guess it's a good thing he has the same reasons." He laughed as we went back to Bridget and Ian.

"He does?"

"He hates me for three weeks now because he thinks that because of me you think that he's gay."

"I'll have to change that then." Great – my eyes met Ian's again.

"It's getting late, I have to go home." Bridget told me same minute as Finn and I came back.

"Oh, me too. Haven't noticed how fast time flew past." I took my bag.

All four of us exited the café. Ian and I headed the same way.

"So, you think I'm gay?" after good 15 minutes he asked me.

"Yeah…" I said. I'm bearing a master plan in my mind (insert evil laugh here). "Do you know any straight guy who wears tight purple jeans?" It's very amusing to mess with him.

"….actually, I'm not gay." He answered. "Those jeans were Finn's."

"Ian, you don't have to be ashamed of who you are." I said with my eyes wide. "You're still going to be my friend."

"Okay, enough - I'll prove it to you that I'm not gay." He turned to me. His eyes were burning with… passion? dare I say. He took me in his hands and parted my lips with his. Oh my, now that was freakin hot. It turned my knees into jelly.

"So, do you believe me now?" He pulled away.

"Why you're so desperate to prove it to me?"

"'cause I like you." His eyes are so sincere.

"I think you should keep on proving it to me." I laughed and pulled him down by his collar.

He also was smiling as he kept on proving that he's straight. I guess he's not so gay after all.
