She pranced unto the sandy sand
And jumped across the watery gapes
And sniffed the air fresh of sea
At this very eve.
Seaweed sunken onto sand
Like the lone boat at the bottom of the lonely sea
She knelt down and took a piece
And waved the green into the air.
She climbed on top of a log
And stood strong against the wind
And sang a song to Mother,
Mother of the sea.
The waves rocked back against the sea
And the fires of the Sun shined brightly
Onto the girl singing to the sea,
And Mother gently sang back...
Sang back to me....
