I wandered lonely as a sheep,

And when I got there I did weep

To see the mighty daffodils,

Set amid the huge windmills.

The huge white blades turned round and round,

Their gentle swishing the only sound

And as they turned, the huge windmills

Cut down the mighty daffodils.

The golden rows fell in a golden sea,

Bowing their sweet petals to me

My voice's volume reached it's top

As I shouted to the windmills 'Stop!'

And then, to my suprise,

After the daffodils' demise

The windmills fell silent one, two then more

And led the silent minute for

The daffodils.
