Within minuets of Devin posting the embarrassing video of me screaming and freaking out because a spider was on me got 3000 views. Great know 3000 people know I scream like a little girl.

When I went to school the next day everyone was talking about the video of me, I was like celebrity, everyone knew my name.

"Hey Ray" June Kelsey said as she ran up to me as I was walking to class.

"What do you want?" I asked coldly.

"I just wanted to tell you that video of you freaking out over a spider was pretty funny", she said. "You're a pretty good actor".

"I wasn't acting", I said as we went into the classroom.

"Sure you weren't", she replied, great June Kelsey was roughening my day already. "Ray I know why you made that video".

"Oh really?" I said sarcastically.

"Yes I do, you wanted to become popular", she replied. "That's why you made the video".

"First of all I didn't even know I was being filmed and second of all, why do you care?" I asked.

Before June could answer Mrs. Kyle told everyone to take their seats.

Soon as I took my seat my best friend Carter poked me.

Carter and I have been friends since kindergarten. Carter has five older brothers, If you thought Devin was annoying and gross you haven't met Carter's five older brothers, Kevin and Kip who are twin and are twenty four, Jason who's eighteen, Jay who's seventeen, and Nate who's fifteen. Carter says I'm lucky to have Devin as an older brother, he says Devin isn't half as bad as his five brothers put together. Well Carter doesn't have to put up with all five brothers because Kevin, Kip, and Jason have all moved out, so basically he only has to put up with Jay the computer geek and Nate the sports freak.

"So what did she want?" he asked me as he looked at June.

"Just trying to roughen my day yet again", I sighed. "Nothing new".

"I saw that video Devin posted on you tube", Carter whispered as Mrs. Kyle began teaching. "Your quite the celebrity, everyone's talking about it, but not in a good way".

"What do you mean?"

"Everyone thinks it's funny and all but they also think you did it to become popular".

"June thinks that's why I did it".

"I know, June told everyone you were acting".

"But I wasn't!" I exclaimed.

"I know that and you know that but not everyone else does", he replied. "If I were you I'd lay low".

This was going to be a challenge, for some reason me and laying low just doesn't mix. I just can't help but cause attention, I don't try to.

Like this one time Devin and I were being babysat by Grandma. She was having some of her friends over who are like 200 years old. Well anyway I was just playing with my toy cars when all of Grandma's friends came into the room and rushed over to me and began saying how cute I was and pinching my cheeks, why do old people pinch cheeks for? Don't they know it hurts? Devin was so mad at me for getting all the attention, I don't know why but I think Devin is jealous of me. I mean who wouldn't?

For the rest of the day I tried my hardest to lay low but it didn't work out so well.

When I got home guess who was waiting for me, non other then Devin. Soon as I opened the door there was Devin standing there with a sinister grin on his face.

"So how was your day little brother?" asked Devin. "Did the kids make fun of you?"

Just to mess with Devin I replied by saying no.

"They didn't make fun of you?" he asked.

"Nope", I said.

Devin had a blank expression on his face as I made my way up to my bedroom.

Of course I couldn't tell Devin exactly what happened at school because if I did I'd be so done for, I might as well just kiss my little bit of popularity that I ever had good bye. Devin would make sure that my life was a living nightmare at school and that I would be begging at his feet for mercy.

At dinner things were pretty awkward, not that dinner time at my house is anything far from awkward. Devin kept starring at me like he was going to eat me or something, it was freaking me out. It started to bug me a lot; I kept concentrating on not making eye contact with Devin instead of listening to the conversation around the table. That was until my mother said something that scared me half to death…

"So the decision is final, we're going to spend the whole March break doing just that!" my mother exclaimed with a broad smile on her face.

These are the moments in life when I wish I paid more attention to what my mother has to say because at that moment I had no clue what she was talking about.

"But whhhhhyyyyy?" Devin whined like a five year old that just got told he couldn't have any candy.

You'd think that with Devin being a teenager and all that he would've at least grown out of whining but nope not my prize of a brother.

"Because the Kelsey's were nice enough to invite us for the March break to go camping with them up in Hellwood", my mother said as she glared at Devin who returned the look with a groan.

I then did one of those spit takes you see actors do on TV. You know those ones where the actors just sitting there drinking something, then someone says something shocking and then the spray the drink out of their mouth shocked. Yes I did exactly that, but unfortunately the water I had in my mouth sprayed all over Devin who just so happened to be sitting in front of me.

"Oh come on!" screamed Devin as he got up and examined his now wet shirt.

"WE'RE GOING CAMPING WITH THE KELSEY'S!?" I yelled to my mother, ignoring Devin's death threats he was shouting at me, while Henry still sat there talking about his poop unknowing that nobody actually cared or was listening and my father just sitting at the table quietly eating. "When'd this happen!? And why!? You know I hate June Kelsey, why would you even consider accepting their offer!?"

"That's enough!" my mother shouted and slammed her fist on the table, which caught the attention of my father who was now paying attention to what was going on.

"Devin sit down and shut up, I'll wash your shirt tonight!" my mother shouted to Devin, who quickly sat down and stopped yelling death threats at me.

My mother was now on a rampage, I could tell.

"Henry, darling", my mother said in a sweet innocent tone. "I need you to be quiet for just awhile while I yell at your inconsiderate rude brothers". Yep my mother never keeps her true feelings in her head.

She then turned her attention towards me and I prayed she wasn't going to ground me longer.

"Raymond Alexander Hut you ever yell like that again at the dinner table and so help me, I will ground you till you're out of college!" she said in an angered tone. "Gary are you even paying attention to what I'm saying!?" she said turning to my father who was sitting there looking down at his food but suddenly perked up when my mother addressed him.

"Uhhh…" my father said trying to figure out something to say that wouldn't make my mother mad. "I was just thinking of a way to work this situation out".

As you can see my father isn't the greatest at coming up with things like excuses or lies right on the spot, I think he's where I got at gene from.

"Oh really?" my mother said folding her hands in front of her, a sign that she didn't believe him. "Please share".

"Well…" my father began, sweat was now forming on his upper lip and forehead. "Maybe Raymond and Devin could stay here at the house with me for the March break while you take Henry with you to go camping".

"Not going to fly by me", my mother said now fuming.

For some odd reason my mother is always trying to get us all to spend time with each other, which usually fails every single time because it usually ends the same way. My mother is yelling at my father, my father is trying to ignore her constant nagging, Henry is picking his nose, Devin's got me in a head lock and I'm trying to get out of the head lock. Like normal mothers would've given up by now, but not my mother, she was still holding strong.

"ALL of us are going to be spending the March break with the Kelsey's camping, FINAL!" said my mother giving us all the 'you're not getting out of this glare'.

Well anyway, after my mother had finished passing out the lists of things we needed to pack for the trip she let us leave the table.

Just as I was about to go up the stairs to my room, Devin jumped in front of me blocking my access to the stairway.

"A whole week with June Kelsey, how will you survive little brother?" Devin said with a sly smile on his face.

"Piss off", I mumbled pushing my way past him and made my way up the stairs.

"You know, I would've pounded your face in for telling me to piss of", Devin shouted up the stairs to me. "But I think spending a whole week with June Kelsey should be pain enough for you".

I could hear Devin's laughter even after I had slammed my door shut, threw myself on the bed and shoved my face in my pillow.

Not even screaming into my pillow helped rid me of the deep gut feeling I had that consumed of anger, sadness and fear.

I Ray Hut would be spending the whole week of March break with my enemy June Kelsey!
