Youth and love

Walk hand in hand,

At least that

Was what I was told.

To be young yet old.

To scorn the young

And envy the old

Yet envy the young

And scorn the old.

Teenagers do not wish

For a love like this,

But its all I want.

It consumes my soul.

And leads me to hurt

And pain untold

Teens are not suppose

To tread in this world

Of Love and Loss

And those who do

Can not tell their story;

For six feet stops them

Like light years do us.
