—to that day when I lost you
White and distant snow formed,
outside of my fingerprint-stained window;
the image of you walking away
was still left imprinted in my mind.

Flowers were blooming like stars shining
in the dark blue sky; it was like you.
More beautiful than any flowers in the garden.
But it got blown away too easily.

Even though it has been a few months
since your footsteps were covered;
with the snow that once were,
and faded away—

You have never left my mind,
I wanted to feel that you have never left,
but it's reality and to face it, I must
try to let go of that

winter day.
