Sedo,
You were the match to our fire,
But the fighter of our flames.
I spent fifteen amazing years with you
That can't compare with the ones that remain,
And although this hurt is constant,
I have to learn to celebrate.
Those times we shared were so precious
In the most irreplaceable of ways.
I love you forever and for always,
Happy Father's Day.
Love,
Your Oldest Granddaughter.
A/N: I know this was for Father's Day, but I wrote it to my grandfather. I wrote it awhile ago but just now decided to upload it. It's sort of a letter/poem that just so happens to rhyme. By the way, sedo is the Arabic word for grandpa, and that's exactly what I used to call him. Hope you guys enjoyed reading it :)
