Well this chapter of Tammi's life is ending guys. She's getting older. Make sure to look for the sequel: Unfoolish

School was almost over. Tammi and Anthony were about parts ways since they were going to two different schools. Luncheon was over. Class trip was over. Today was their graduation, she was finally free. Then again, Anthony hadn't been completely evil to her lately. He'd been quite nice to her actually, more like when she had first met him and he would sing to her. From David's perspective nothing had changed, he had ignored her completely at luncheon and simply told her nice lies in order to keep his control over her. Tammi knew he was right, deep herself she knew nothing would come of this. She knew he meant nothing he said, he only wanted her sexually, nothing else. He was at the top her class though. Ranked seven of seven, but still higher than her so she couldn't say much. She was in line, about to walk into the church. She was about to go to high school, no more foolishness. As she walked into the church she saw her family, sitting perfectly content among Anthony's. She suppressed a scowl as she walked to her seat, trying to be as graceful as possible. She smiled as the teachers each received their applause and got up to sing when they told her too. She listened intently to Yasmeen's valedictorian speech and remembered that she was going to high school with her. Then it was over. She had graduated, she was done with middle school. That meant she was done with Anthony, she'd never see him again. It was a bittersweet thought; she was free from her everyday torment but a part of her still wanted him.

Why? How, how could I still want him? He hurt me. What has he done for me lately?

She was angry, she was bitter, she wanted him but she wanted him to leave her alone. She shook her head to clear and signaled to her family that she was on her way to say goodbye to Mr. Bailey. Walking with intent she passed the Brooks family. She stopped while Anthony and his friends took pictures but his mother turned to her.

"You can get in the picture Tammi," she waved her arm invitingly.

"No, no thank you." Tammi lowered her eyes, shyness creeping in her heart.

"Go ahead," His mother nodded to her son.

"No, Mrs. Brooks I-"

"Get in the picture!"

"Okay," Tammi hurried to join the picture on the end by a friend.

Anthony's grandmother tutted her tongue, "Let the young lady get in the middle.

Tammi felt herself being pushed next to Anthony. She should've ran. Several pictures were taken before they finally allowed her to finish her goal to say goodbye to Mr. Bailey. After her farewell, she hurried to meet her family.

"We were about to leave you." Her Auntie Dean muttered.

They were finally about to leave and Tammi was ready. David would always be her diary and Anthony was finally just apart of the past. She didn't want to think about whether or not she still wanted him. At least for today, she was done.

She was ready for a new chapter.
