(A/N: Sorry it took so long. This part of the storyline takes place a few weeks after where we left off last time. I know this part isn't really very well written and I'm sorry if it seems rushed, I wanted to get it out for everyone though. Reviewing is like cupcakes, there can never be enough! Please guys, I appreciate any feedback, it helps me know if I'm doing any good in my writing and what I need to improve on.

Enough of my review-whoring. *sigh, not meaning to do such a thing* Enjoy the...Chapter-like-thing.)

"Why the hell are you here? Get the fuck out," he slammed the door in my face and I sighed, trying not to sob. This obviously was not going to be easy.
"Darren! Open the door, we need to talk!"
He didn't answer me.
"Darren, please..."
He didn't answer me.
"Darre-" The door opened before I could finish.
"Jeba?"
I froze as I heard the voice. That voice. His voice.
"Xavier?"
"What are you doing here?"
"I...I need to talk to Darren. And you."
"Darren doesn't want to talk to you, Jeba..."
"I know...Please, I need to...I have to, Xavier. Please. I need you..." I begged, my voice breaking and coming out as a whispered plea.
Xavier looked at me for a long time, and I can't be sure how long it was before he spoke again, all I know is that I was about to repeat myself. I was about to get down on my knees and beg him to take me back.
To tell him how empty my life has become without him.
"If you needed me, you wouldn't have waited this long. Seriously. It's been like...a month. Haven't you found someone else to use?"
My heart shattered even more than it already was. "I wasn't using you, Xavier...please, I love you-"
"Save it, Jeba." He shooked his head at me then closed the door.

I didn't know what to do after that. I sat down by the door and waited for one of them to come out, but they didn't. So I stayed there all night. By morning, neither one had come out yet. But I still waited. I was going to get Xavier back, no matter how long I had to wait.
"Jeba?" An exasperated voice from above me asked. I hadn't even heard the door open.
I looked up and sighed, realizing I must look like shit by now.
"Hi Darry..."
He frowned, looking around the otherwise empty hall, before sitting next to me.
"What are you doing here?"
"I wanted to talk to you."
"How long have you been here?"
"I stayed here all night..." I admitted, avoiding his scrutinizing glare.
He sighed, covering his face for a moment with his hands. "Okay, then talk."
I blinked, surprised at the blunt and sudden cooperation. "This isn't really the place to talk, Darren..."
He sighed again, standing and pulling me up. He dragged me down the hall, opened a door, and lead me into the stairwell. I couldn't help but smile slightly. We'd always had a thing for telling secrets in stairwells.
I felt his hands on my shoulders and he twisted me around to face him. "Is this a good place to talk?"
I nodded and took a deep breath, not able to meet his gaze. "Darren..."
