Unions of Eden
Lovers are cooing in the forest again
as the selected few watch and wonder
in the milky shadows,

serpents are banned,
or so the love notes state,

but the simple minded children
are perplexed by the union
renewing in the woodland,
so lush and filtered with
dust and the shine of the sky
overhead,

the light of Eden
burns, wicks in the tent
as Lilith sprouts from
bed to bed, caring not
for the girl twirling her
hair,

the girl who walks nude by the
river bank, the girl who
has been seduced by all
things forbidden to her,

Lilith lights her way,
cares not for formality,
in freedom, nothing
is forbidden to her.
