caught it on some stranger
the trains were rumbling by

winter mono
chromosomes singing
in stereo

dark dancing
the touch of memories
locked in their frozen blocks
ice-bound in my mind

glacier etchings
looming silent at the poles
we always knew there was a taste to us
something spun across centuries
