Epilogue : The Gypsy Way

October McCane

October looked lovingly at her little baby girl. "Libby Annabelle." She murmured.

Nickolas smiled and rested his chin in his hands. "She's beautiful," he said. "Just like her mother and aunt."

October smiled widely. "Shut up," she said with love.

Nickolas leaned over and pressed a kiss to October's lips and then to his baby girl's forehead. "She's going to grow up to be gorgeous and I'll have to beat the men off with a stick." He said, only half joking.

October sighed happily. "That's a little ways off." She said.

"Not far enough," he said, pulling his two girls into his arms. October turned and gently laid Libby Annabelle in her bed and pulled the covers over her little body.

Nicky circled his arms around his wife's waist and pulled her against his chest. "I love you," he said, resting his chin on the top of her head.

October leaned back against him, turning her face upward. "I love you too Nicky," she said.

"Hey!" Kayla interrupted.

October and Nickolas looked over at her. "Yes Kayla?" Nickolas sighed impatiently.

"I demand to know who that child's godmother is!" she practically shouted.

October smiled. They had told her that they needed to think it through just to see her sweat, but there was no doubt in either of their minds. "You are, of course." Nickolas said.

Kayla blinked and then gave an uncharacteristic squeal. "Really? Oh, you guys,"

"You knew it was going to be you," October argued. "You had to have known."

Kayla shrugged her shoulders. "I had my doubts," she muttered. Nickolas watched her stand there and cleared his throat, jerking his chin toward the door. "Oh. Oh! Sorry! I'll just…go." She said with a wink.

Nickolas laughed and turned October around to face him. "Now then, where were we?" he asked.

October curled her arms around his neck. "Hm, I think we were right about here." She said, reaching up on her toes to press a kiss to his lips. He fisted his hand in her hair and pushed her back against the wall.

"You're a great kisser," Nicky murmured against her lips.

October smiled and rolled her eyes, slanting her mouth over his again and again. Nickolas gently untangled his hand from her hair and pulled back. "Let's have another kid," he said.

October stared at him. "Right now? You want me to just pop out another?" she teased.

"A boy this time." Nickolas said, undeterred.

"Hm, a boy just like his daddy." She murmured, pushing his hair off his face.

"He'll break some hearts in his time." Nicky laughed.

October gave him a dark look. "How many hearts have you broken?" she demanded.

Nickolas stole another kiss. "None of them matter my flower." He said.

October wasn't so sure about that, but he distracted her with another kiss and she let it go. For now.

Liberty Langley

"I can't believe it!" Liberty squealed, holding her hand out in front of her. The ring Lucas had gotten for her was simple, but beautiful. She couldn't have found a more perfect wedding ring. Amy had done good.

Lucas watched her with a grin. She looked back at him and hopped onto the bed next to him. "We're married," Lucas said, pulling her against his chest.

"We're married," Liberty agreed.

"You don't have any regrets?" Lucas asked, worry creeping into his eyes.

"Not a single one." Liberty said with a grin, stealing a kiss.

"No one's making babies in there, right?" Amy called from the other side of the door. Liberty instantly blushed and rolled away from Lucas.

"It's safe," she called.

Amy poked her head in. "Hey you two, I'm going on my date with Marcus." She said.

Lucas sighed and sat up. "Have fun," he said.

Amy gave him a blinding grin. "I will." She started to close the door, but paused. "You too," she said with a suggestive tone.

Once the door was closed, Lucas pulled Liberty back to him. "I love you," he said.

Liberty traced her finger down his chest and back up again. "I love you too." She murmured, pressing a kiss to his jaw, unable to reach his lips from her position. Lucas curled his arm around her waist and kissed her head.

"You know," he began slowly.

When he didn't continue, Liberty raised an eyebrow. "What do I know?" she asked, still tracing her finger up and down his chest.

"I knew you were something special that first night we met." He admitted, his muscles quivering where she touched him.

Liberty grinned and laid her hand flat against his chest. "Yeah, well, I knew you were the sexiest man alive that first night we met." She said, blushing only slightly.

"Really?" Lucas asked.

Liberty buried her face in his shirt and nodded. "Yes," she answered.

Lucas laughed. "You were pretty sexy in your blue skirts with the enticing little slit up the leg." He teased, trailing one finger up her spine.

Liberty looked up at him. "You noticed that, did you?" she asked.

"Honey," Lucas drawled, rolling her on top of him. "I noticed everything." He said, pressing a kiss to her lips.

Liberty threaded her fingers through his dark hair and smiled against his lips. "Lucas," she said slowly. He raised an eyebrow at her in question and pushed her hair off her face, wrinkling his nose as a few strands tickled his face. "Four is good," she said, pressing her lips to his firmly.
