Sometimes love comes around

With colored eyes and quiet ears

Andrew catches a distant look

Whenever love comes passing near

Andrew looks into love's story

Fire in winter and jaded tears

And the aftertaste of death and glory

The crystallization of dreams and fears.

Slowly and quickly the leaves are dying

Like words he spoke in treasured days

Losing life and then they're falling

Expressions formed on Bella's face

Covered in darkness, cold and snow

In the cold detachment of time and space

Forgetting how the love song goes

While over and over one soft note plays.

Over and over one soft note plays –

Sometimes love comes around

If you've forgotten Bella's voice

Sometimes you choose to hear its sound

But Andrew turns his head no more

As snow settles and smothers the thirsty ground

Against rushing wind you shut your door

Lest the flood of memories bring you down.
