Hey! Below is a poem I wrote about Broome Pearling. I would love some reviews and I don't mind whether they are constructive criticism or just saying good work. Please no flames.

Broome Pearling

The vast, silent sea surrounds me

All around there are deadly traps

Waiting to capture and kill me

Hopefully my luck will hold out

I am one of many diving

Submitting to the sea's power

Deep down below the bright surface

Within the ocean's inky depths

Under the sand are shining pearls

Inside the Mother of Pearl shell

Bright lustrous gleaming perfection

Luring divers down to their deaths

The hunt brings us all together

White, Indigenous, Japanese

The lust for pearl surpassing all

Social circles fallen to dust
