imagine our girls dressed in sunlight,
drinking tea and making crowns of daisies
and lavender upon their little heads;

long flowing hair, honey and midnight,
flying in the summerwinds. o, imagine,
our beautiful girls holding hands, skipping
stones on lakes of silver, lying in grass of
autumn gold.

and o, imagine, our girls
dressed in sunlight, watching
over their beautiful mothers, smiling
as children do -

wanting us to drink tea,
make crowns of daisies,
fly in the summerwinds,
skip on lakes of silver,
and lie in grass of autumn gold.

for h.

they're beautiful up in heaven;
and i know they love us, as we love them.
