"Hi Mom! Hi Dad! This is Jake here, with my first video dairy of the summer. I'd like to introduce you to all my friends."
Jake pointed the camera to an attractive guy with white hair, light brown skin and red eyes. The guy was sitting on a bench tanning with black sunglasses covering his eyes.
"There's your son, Ace."
Ace noticed the camera and waves. Then Jake pointed the camera to an older women(in her twenties.) The women had long curly black hair, dark chocolate skin and light brown eyes; she was wearing a black business suit.
"This is our Advisor, Lisa."
Lisa winked at the camera and continued looking over her paperwork.
"Last but not least….Key-key,"
Jake pointed the camera to a girl with long pink hair and big light blue eyes; doing her nails. Key-Key looked up at the camera and said hi.
"She's goanna be my future girlfriend." Jake scratches his head and blushes.
"She just doesn't know it yet, I still remember the day we met…"
6 months earlier…
I was standing in the middle of the ballroom floor. The room was filled with people wearing masquerade masks. It suddenly got dark; a spotlight shone in the center of the ballroom. A girl wearing a light blue fancy dress walked towards me. The young lady had long pink hair; she had a soft voice.
"Would you like to dance?" she asked.
I nodded; we glided across the dance floor. Everyone in the crowd had their eyes on us. We were the center of attention but, that didn't matter to me. All that mattered was the girl in front of me. Even though I couldn't see her face, covered by the mask, I knew she was the most beautiful thing I had ever laid eyes on. When the dance was over I tried to ask for her name, but she didn't reply. She just ran away into the darkness. I was wondering who that girl was when I heard music.
I opened my eyes and realized, I was still in my bed.
"It was only a dream," I thought.
I turned around and saw Ace's cell phone ringing, while he was fast asleep. I hate when Ace forgets to put his cell phone on vibrate.
"Ace, answer your phone!"
I threw a pillow at him. Ace groaned, then removed himself from his dark purple sheets.
"Hello?" Ace answered in a husky voice.
His face went form a tired scowl, to a happy grin.
"You're the girl from last night, right?" he asked.
Then he chuckled at everything the girl had to say.
"How bout we go out sometime?" he asked.
Ace was only on the phone for a good ten minutes, but couldn't take it any more. The constant laughter and bad pick-up lines had to stop.
"Dude, it's 10 a.m.!" I shouted.
Ace looked at my heated face and told the girl he'd call her back.
"Sorry, man." he sat down on his bed.
"Who was that?" I asked.
"This girl named Rachel,"
Ace got up from his bed; went to his dresser and started picking out his clothes for the day. I decided to get up and do the same. After all there's no point of staying asleep all day; plus we have a meeting with our advisor.
"What happened to Kelly?" I asked.
Ace put a black hoody over his head, "Things didn't work out with me and Kelly."
I put on my jeans, "Why not?"
Ace grabbed his toothbrush and headed to the bathroom.
"She suspected me of cheating."
"You?" I said sarcastically.
"I know, I couldn't believe her either."
Ace is a huge ladies man, he's been that way ever since I've known him. He's had more girlfriends than I could even count. Ace doesn't discriminate by age either, he dated a girl who was already twenty-one. Not to mention he has had sex countless of times despite, he's only seventeen. I'm eight months older than him and I haven't had my first kiss yet.
I grabbed my toothbrush and started brushing my teeth along side him. Ace rinsed his mouth out with mouthwash then looked at me.
"I gotta question." he asked.
"W-what is it?" I said nervously.
Ace smiled, "When are you goanna get yourself a girlfriend?"
My face became red as a stoplight, "You know I hate girls!" I shouted.
Ace shook his head, "Then why don't you save us all the trouble and become gay?" he joked.
I hit him in the arm, "That's not funny!"
I've hated girls all my life, females are disgusting, evil creatures. Ever since I was a little kid, girls have always bullied me and were mean to me. I was very skinny and frail when I was young but, that didn't give them the right to pick on me for it! They would pull my hair and call me names. One time they even got their boyfriends to throw me in the dumpster. I despise women with a passion.
Ace put on his shoes, "Come on Jake, we're goanna be late."
We walked down the stairs and sat on the living room couch, where our Advisor, Lisa was waiting for us. She sat on the couch taping her feet.
"You're late!" she yelled.
"Sorry," we replied, as we sat down on the other couch across from her.
Lisa glared at use and pulled out some paperwork.
"I have something to tell you." she began.
"What is it?" we asked.
"Well.. Ron won't be coming back.."
"What?" we exclaimed.
Ron is the third partner of are secret agent team. We've been together ever since we joined the Secret Service.
"His dad enlisted him in the army…."
"So who's goanna replace him?" Ace asked.
"I'm not sure but you'll have another partner by next week, when we arrive in Tokyo. Now if you excuse me."
Lisa got up from the couch and left the room.
"I can't believe this!" I shouted.
"I know, we were the perfect team!" tears flowed from Ace's red eyes.
"Why are you crying?" I asked.
"Ron never gave me his hot sister's number!" he cried.
I hit him on the head, "That's not important!"
I ran out the room and headed straight to the roof of our airship. Secret service agents most of the time rode in a airship to get from place to place. We sleep, eat, and live on the ship until we get to our destination. I laid down on my favorite spot on top of the roof and stared at the sky.
"I'd be fine with whoever Lisa chooses, as long as it's not a girl."
