I should not be doing this. God, I can't believe I listened to her about this!
Tabitha drove through pitch black streets, trying to make it to her home at 3 in the morning. She sped through the empty streets, going about 60 mph; no one was anywhere nearby. She turned on the radio full blast to calm her nerves.
Myparentsaregonnakillme! She continued speeding until she heard the noise that was most dreaded at this time of night. The police car followed her, the siren on and its lights flashing.
FUCK!Tabitha pulled over after signaling to the right, turned the radio off, and turned her dashboard light on. The policeman walked over to her and stared at her through the window. He tapped it twice while Tabitha sighed. She lowered her window and looked up at him, working the best smile she possibly could at the moment. " Hi ", she said, looking up into the policeman's eyes. She remembered her dad's words. Alwayslookapolicemanintheeyes;itshowsconfidenceandprovesyoudidnothingwrong.
It was completely black in the street she stopped on. The only source of light available came from the inside of Tabitha's car. He bent down, rested his arm against her open window, and looked back at her.
"It's three in the morning, honey. What are you doing out so late?" he asked her. She stared into his dark brown eyes as if they were hypnotizing her. She couldn't help but stare at him, he looked way too good to keep her eyes off him.
"Went to a friend's house," she answered a bit shakily. "Time got away from me."
He continued staring at her for about another minute, when he finally sighed and said, " License and registration please."
She sighed and unbuckled her seatbelt to reach across her car to the passenger compartment. She pulled out her papers and handed it to the policeman. He then told Tabitha to step out of the vehicle because he needed the light. After stepping outside, she couldn't help but ask, "Aren't police officers supposed to carry a flashlight with them all the times?"
He stepped out of her car, stood up straight, and turned to look at her. Since he was taller than her, she had to strain her neck to look up at him. Tabitha didn't any light in order to know that she should keep her mouth shut from now on. "I left it at the station," he murmured and went back to her paperwork. Tabitha leaned against her car's back door, waiting for him to finish.
"Tabitha. Do you realize that you were speeding tonight?"
" I needed to get home."
"And do you also realize that there is a set curfew for teenagers under the age of 18?"
"...I was trying to beat it?" she shrugged.
The policeman sighed and replied, "I'm gonna have to give you a ticket. A defenseless girl like you shouldn't be roaming the streets at this time."
" Wait! You can't give me a ticket please! My parents are gonna kill me!" she tried desperately to change his mind on what seemed like a stern decision.
"That's not my problem. You broke a law that you already knew about and you should be punished for it, so... here's your ticket." He ripped off a paper from his pad and handed it to her. "Wait," she pushed the paper back and refused to take it from him. "Please, I'll do anything. I can't get this ticket. My insurance is already so high..."
"You'll do anything for not getting a ticket? Honey, you better be careful of how you word your sentences."
"No," she continued, "I really mean it, I'm willing to do anything. My parent's honestly cannot find out about this."
The policeman contemplated this opportunity. He looked around him; the whole street was completely secluded. Pitch black, not a soul nearby. He then turned back to the girl. She looked about 17 years old, skinny, wearing small shorts and a tank top. He had no one to go home to, maybe he'll get some fun out of this.
" O.K. I have a proposition for you." He looked at his watch. 3:15 a.m. He had to be at the station at 6. I have about 3 hours of my duty left and I really don't want to drive around looking for citizens breaking the law. How about you accompany me for those three hours? Pleasing me?" He gave her a stern look, wondering what she'd say.
Her expression was blank. He wanted her to have sex with him for three hours?
She had two options. 1) Take the ticket, get yelled at by parents for coming late and getting a ticket and be grounded for about a month without a phone or ipod. 2) Have sex for three amazing hours with a very good-looking police officer, with no ticket and only be yelled at by parents for coming late. She could always make up some excuse about her sleeping over at her friend's place and forgetting to call...
"If I spend three hours with you, no ticket?"
"No ticket," he confirmed.
"And my parents won't ever find out about what I'm doing with you right now. You have my name and address, you know."
"Don't worry about it. This is only between you and me."
"Alright, let's do it," she finished with a smile. She couldn't help herself from being just a bit excited.
