Welcome, and thank you for looking up my work. This is a semi-autobiographical tome I decided to start after getting a FictionPress account, and realized that, while I am working on a novel aimed to be of 250 pages, in the meantime I would have very little original to post. Thus, I decided that there were many tales from my own life which would probably strike most members of the developed urban societies as out of the ordinary and thus potentially entertaining or at least interesting. This is only intended as semi-autobiographical as, although these are facets from my life, my mission here is to impart the nature of the family farming lifestyle rather than a view of myself. The story will actually begin in 1914 with the outbreak of the Great War in Europe – part of the larger historical perspective I hope to use to place my family background in a wider context. I myself will not appear until narrative three, which should be out in the coming months – at least one done for each is the goal. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy my mixture of history, biography and storytelling and as always, thank you for reading.
