Epilogue

Keenan

I shot upright in bed, gasping and sweating and just feeling wrong in general. I didn't even really know why I felt so horrid, or why I had suddenly woken up at three in the morning, but every fibre in my body was on fire and there was this one name that kept running through my mind. Not even running, but sprinting. Rashelle.

I had reached over to pick up my cell phone and call her before I was even aware of the action. I had almost hit call before I forced myself to calm down and think it through. She was probably asleep and wouldn't appreciate being woken up.

I forced myself to place my phone back on my night side table and settled back onto my bed. I could always call her tomorrow.

Alrighty so I hope you enoyed the second book! Review and tell me what you thought-also, keep an eye out for the third book, entitled "Silver Wings". SHould be up around the first week of September! And check out my newest story, entitled "Darkling". I know you've all read PLENTY of annoyingly cliched vampire stories but trust me, mine isn't some sappy lovey-dovey tale about sparkly beings! If you liked the Hunger Games, you would probably like Darkling as well :)
