I am the girl with the liquid stars in her eyes
I am the girl who could fade forever into the morning light
I am the girl that swims in a wonderful fantasy consisting of you and me and no one else but we
I am the girl who would fly with the wind and up to the moon
Yes, I'm that girl with the chocolate brown eyes
Yeah, I know you barely see the real me, but that's all right
And yes, I'm the girl who looks like she pays attention but is marveling at the sun's heat
But when have you ever really seen me?
I am the girl with the nimble fingers who would play the violin in the moonlight
I am the girl who would sit near the ocean until she felt free
I am the girl who would do a lot of things but nobody would ever see
And I am the girl that will get lost in the sea of faces and times and places
Yes, do you know me now?
I am that girl, the one who makes you laugh and tries to cheer you up
I am that girl who would dance and dance into the summer's sweet sun
Yes, I think you know me
I am the girl who giggles and hides in the natural sanctuary of the willow trees
I am the girl who hates being hid from but loves playing hide-and-seek
I am the girl who would spend forever looking up at the stars
I am the girl who would do anything for you even when you're far
Yeah, I'm that girl with the misty eyes
Yes, the girl with the mind that would just keeping running and running without ever stopping
The girl with the black-brown hair that shines gold in the sunlight
And the girl with the heart that stops beating but starts again after a while
I am the girl who will smile and grin when a flower opens and blooms
I am the girl who loves weeds because I consider them flowers too
And when you want to find me, you know where I'll be
I'll be wherever the willows and the dandelions and the moonlight meets the sea

So, what did you think? This isn't my usual style of poems, obviously, because most of my poems are about WWII. Anyway, please review, and no flames please!
