Ten years after Macoki and his dog, Mocalash, came to live with Emily and Piper to escape from Macoki's sadistic brother, Piper, Emily, and Macoki where sitting on Emily's floor playing a video game when Marvin jumped through he TV.

"Mocalash, Rosie, Andromida, help!" all three screamed.

All three dogs ran through the doorway and attacked Marvin as he was pulling the trigger on his ray gun. The impact of the dogs' attack made him move so that the ray went through the window, shattering the glass.

The three ran out of the room and hid in the hall closet. After a wile they herd Marvin's voice coming from the hall. "Emily, Piper, Macoki, come out, come out, where ever you are." Marvin was saying.

The three where being as quiet as they could when, all of a sudden, something began ringing behind them. "Oh, shit," Emily said and took her phone out of her pocket. "I forgot my phone was in my pocket."

Then the door swung open but it wasn't Marvin, it was Emily's mom, Shannon. "What are you three doing in here?" she asked.

"We are hiding from my brother." Macoki said.

"And if we don't get rid of him, he will kill us," Piper said.

"Come with me." Shannon said. "I know a safer place." The four rushed into the living room to go out the door when Faye came storming through the front door.

She was pulling Amber along behind her. "I can't believe you got Amber a car. You know-" she was cut off by the sound of a ray gun firing. Then she fell to the ground with a hole in her head where Marvin had shot her.

Shannon opened the door and the five of them ran out the door. They got into Shannon's van and quickly drove off.

Shannon drove Emily, Macoki, and Piper to her friend, Katherine's house and took Amber to Faye's husband.

"Why does mom thing we will be safe from Marvin here?" Emily asked Katherine.

"Who is Marvin?" Kathrin asked.

"He is my brother," Macoki said. "Ten years ago he tried to kill us." Macoki suddenly turned to Emily. "Where is Mocalash?" he asked.

"At my house with Andromida and Rosie," Emily said.

"And Marvin," Macoki said.

"No," Emily said and grabbed her gun.

"What are we going to do?" Macoki asked.

"I'm going to save the dogs," Emily said and rushed out the door.

Macoki rushed after her. "Emily, wait," he said and she turned around. "I'm coming with you."

"Then lets save our dogs," Emily said and Kathrin handed her the keys to her car.

"Be careful," Kathrin said.

"We will," Emily promised and got into her car. Emily drove to her house and when she and Macoki got to the door, she said, "Keep your gun up and stay alert. If you find the dogs, call me." Macoki nodded and they went in. Emily went up stairs and Macoki went down stairs. She pointed her gun strait I front of her and went to her room.

She didn't notice Marvin until he came out of the shadows and said, "I was beginning to think you had forgotten about your mutts."

"What did you do to them?" Emily asked, pointing her gun at him.

"Don't worry. Macoki will find them alive but I can't say he will find you alive," Marvin said. He shot her arm, making her drop her gun. Then he shot her in the foot so she couldn't run away. She watched him as he crossed the room, picked up a knife, and came back over to her.

"Macoki!" she managed to say before Marvin slashed her arm. She collapsed but was still conscious as slashed her other arm. She saw him go over to the wall and write something in blood. She gave in to the blackness that was eating at the edges of her vision before she could see what he wrote.

She came to in Kathrin's home. Piper and her mother were holding her arms down. "She's awake," Piper said and Macoki, Kathrin, and Amber gathered around her.

"How did you find me?" Emily asked.

"You called my name," Macoki said. "You sounded distressed so I ran to you. I used your phone to call your mom and told her to come quick. I found Marvin but before I could get to him he jumped through your TV."

"I picked you guys up at the house and when I saw you I realized why he sounded worried on the phone," her mother said. "The strangest thing happened, when I was coming over here, I got pulled over but when the cop saw you, he gave me a police escort over here. Something about him was very familiar but I couldn't tell who he was. When we got here, he asked if he could stay and I let him."

A man in a blue uniform with red hair and brown eyes stood up and walked over to her. "Nicholas," Emily said.

"Hi," he said.

"Why haven't I heard from you since high school?" Emily asked.

"I just haven't gotten around to calling you," Nicholas said.

Her mom and piper let go of her arms and Emily hugged Nicholas. "Don't you ever leave me again," she whispered in his ear.

"I won't," Nicholas said. Emily let go of him, he pointed to Macoki and asked, "Who is this?"

"That's Macoki. He saved me when his brother attacked me," Emily said and stood up. "Where is my gun?"

"Right here," Macoki said and started to hand it to her.

"No, you need to stay here," Nicholas said blocking Macoki from handing her the gun.

Emily looked at him and said, "I know you care about me but I've been in the FBI for a year now, I think I take care of myself." She reached past him and took her gun from Macoki.

He took his gun from hi holster and said, "I'm coming, too."

"Nick, no, you-" she started to say but Nicholas cut her off.

"I'm not letting you go out there alone. Do you think I'm crazy?" he asked.

"You don't have to come with me, I'll be fine," Emily said.

"I do have to come with you, Emily. I'm not going to let you go out there alone when some psycho is trying to kill you," Nicholas said.
