Sorry for the delay...I was busy and then forgetful. Buuuut, here is the last chapter of this story!
I don't know when I will be able to finish typing up the next one, but when I put it up, it will be titled "Best Summer Ever"
Pff, I will probably judge myself for that one too, but ohwell. Enjoy :)
It was the night of homecoming. I was in my room, getting ready. I snapped and my hair was done. I snapped again and my make-up was done. I went over to my closet to get my dress out.
After I put it on, someone knocked on my door. "Mir, can I come in?" Macy asked.
"Yeah," I replied, opening my door with magic then going to get my shoes.
"Can you help me with the zipper?" she asked.
"C'mere," I said. She walked over to me and turned around. I pulled on the zipper and it went up.
"Thanks," she said.
"You're welcome," I replied, putting on one of my hot pink, heeled sandals. My shoes matched my dress, which was a strapless, purple dress with hot pink ribbons on it.
"Girls, c'mon!" Mom screamed up the stairs.
"Coming!" we replied in unison. We giggled as we headed downstairs.
"The others are outside waiting," Mom told us.
"Bye," we said.
"Be careful," she told us, kissing our cheeks.
"We will," we replied, walking outside. Caitlin, Connor, Brad, Liz, Iggy, Jordan, Evan, Amber, and Wes were waiting for us.
"Vamanos!" Iggy said as we began walking.
"Is Hammer coming?" Wes asked.
"We're meeting him there," I replied.
"Cool," they said.
Did you hear that Brittanie and Sophie are chaperoning?" Jordan asked.
"Yeah. So're Joey and Eragon," Macy replied.
"That sucks," Liz said.
"Not really. I get to show everyone what a chicken Eragon is," I laughed.
"True, but Joey is gonna be annoying," Amber said.
"I know how to get him to leave me alone," I replied.
"Yeah, and hurt him," Macy laughed. We all laughed.
"Is he really that attached to you?" Iggy asked.
"Yes," we all replied.
"I dissed him once this summer when we were at camp," I said.
"Why?" Iggy asked.
"Because he called me while Brittanie was over," I replied.
"Damn," he laughed as we walked into the gym. We looked around. No one was on the dance floor, but music was playing.
"C'mon!" Connor exclaimed. We all ran onto the dance floor. We were laughing. A few minutes later, Macen and Amy joined us. Ten minutes later, everyone was dancing and having a good time.
Thirty-five minutes later, we got off the dance floor to take a break and get drinks.
"Yo, where's P.J?" Macen asked.
"He's coming late. He had to go get his cast off," I replied.
"I still don't get how he broke his arm from falling off your bed," Amber told me.
"He landed on his elbow," I said.
"Oh," she said. We all laughed. Amber could be a little slow.
"Hey, lil sis," Jonas said, coming up behind me.
"Hi, Goofy," I replied, turning around. "Why aren't you over with Brittanie?"
"She's in the bathroom," he replied.
"Okay, but you're not hangin' with me for the rest of the dance," I told him.
"I won't," he replied. I noticed he was looking at something over my head. I furrowed my brow.
"What're you…?" I began, but it turned into a screech as someone came up behind me, lifted me off the ground, and spun me around. "Omg, not cool, P.J," I panted as he put me down.
"Sorry," he replied, hugging me.
"Why couldn't you just do that?" I asked, hugging him back.
"Not as fun," he replied as Jonas walked back over to Brittanie.
"So, how's it feel to be able to use your right arm again?" I asked.
"Good," he replied. "But the skin feel weird, feel," he added, holding out his arm. I felt the skin.
"Ewwww! That's so weird!" I exclaimed, pulling my hand away.
"What?" Macen asked as he, Amy, Macy, and Wes walked over.
"His skin," I replied.
"Oh. Hey, P.J," he said, turning to him and doing their handshake. "Whoa! Your skin does feel weird!" We all laughed.
"C'mon, let's go dance," I said, pulling Peder onto the dance floor.
I was in my room. I'd just gotten home. At one point, Peder and I had been slow dancing and he'd almost kissed me, again. It was now ten. Macy had gotten so excited when I'd told her.
Then, I unzipped my dress and let it fall to the floor. I snapped and my closet opened and the dress hung itself up. Just as I was about to un-do my bra, someone tapped on my window. I walked over to it in my underwear. I opened the window.
"Hey, you," I said.
"You," he replied, climbing through. He'd understood the joke. I went over and locked the door. "Lovin' the outfit."
"Ha, ha, ha," I replied, putting on my pants. "Hand me the shirt," I told him. He picked it up and tossed it to me. I put it on then reached up my back to remove my bra.
"Such magic!" he laughed as I sat down next to him on my bed.
"Shut up," I replied, pushing his shoulder slightly.
"So, were you guys the first on the dance floor?" he asked.
"Naturally," I laughed. "Oh, and thank you for saving me from Jonas."
"No problem," he replied, putting his hands behind his head. He'd removed his shirt and jeans and was lying there in boxers. "So, you gonna tell me?"
"No! And if you keep askin' I'm never gonna tell you!" I exclaimed.
"Fine," he replied. "I'll stop asking."
"Good," I said.
"What d'you wanna do?" he asked.
"Dunno," I replied, then, remembered something. "Oh, I finished the picture."
"Awesome, lemme see!" he exclaimed happily. I smiled as I opened up my drawer to take it out. "Wow! This is awesome!"
It was one of the pictures of us form camp. More precisely, the one of him kissing my cheek. But, it was in black and white, instead of color.
"Can I keep it?" he asked eagerly.
"How 'bout I make you a copy," I replied, taking it back then snapping. An exact replica appeared in his hands.
"Awesome, you're the best!" he exclaimed, hugging me.
"Thank you," I replied, lying back down.
"You really are," he said, wrapping his arms around me and resting his chin on my shoulder. Then, he kissed my cheek and whispered something in my ear. I smiled and fell asleep thinking about how great life was.
