Chapter 4- Tyler P.O.V.

"There you are, hurry up and change; or were going to be late" our father said as me and Sarah rushed through our front door.

"On it!" we said, simultaneously.

Running up to my room I went to my closet and pulled out my outfit. Taking off the clothes I had on, I put on my new one. Running back downstairs I met my sister at the bottom.

"Ready?" our parents asked.

"Well?" she asked spinning around. Sarah was wearing a white/peachy colored dress, that has one strap going over her right shoulder (at a diagonal from the left) with a pink-peach color flower where the strap meets the dress, and matching high heels.

"Perfect" I said. "And me?" I was wearing (or course) a normal black and white tuxedo, with a white undershirt, and black tie, matching pants and shoes (and of course black socks too ).

"Great" Sarah said. "Ok, were ready" and with that we got in the car and left.

… … … … …Time Skip: 15 Minutes … … … … …

As we pulled up into the parking lot of our destination, I gaped in awe. The theatre was lit up in bright colors: reds, blues and violets mostly. But what most amazing, was the inside. The large open hall was turned into a ball room for the night, it had an endless buffet and large wooden dance floor in the center of the room. Around the hall were numbered tables, and mingling guest.

Among them, I was surprised to see people I recognized, Haven, Adrian, Lily, Naomi, and Cory were among them. Me and Sarah walked over to Naomi, she was talking to a guy who looked to be about 17-18, he had short black hair with red specks/streaks in it, with dark brown eyes, he was tall; with a strong build and evident muscles. Tonight he was wearing a black tuxedo with a red tie. While she was wearing a more sophisticated and classy, classic business- like dress (but in a more formal way). It was a dark shade of grey, with a built in belt, and two (spurts) of grey ruffle on the shoulder straps.

"Hey guys, this is Alexander" Naomi said as we approached.

"Hi" We said.

"Hey" Was his only reply.

"Anyway, Alexander is a grade above us" Naomi added.

"I told you to call me, Ander" he said, annoyed.

"Fine, Ander got into Forest Temple High for sports" Naomi said.

"Hi, I'm Tyler"

"And I'm Sarah"

"Ander Marce" he said.

Me and Sarah were at the buffet when Haven walked up to us with Adrian, and another guy that I haven't met before.

"Hey, Sarah. How are you?" Adrian asked her.

"Hi, Adrian. I'm great! How are you?" Sarah asked, with a blush.

"I'd be better… if you'd dance with me?" He asked, also with a slight dusting of red on his cheeks.

"Ok" She said, Adrian grabbed her hand. And still holding onto it, he led her to the dance floor, for a slow dance.

"I knew it" Me and Haven said together.

"Who was that?" the new boy asked.

"My sister, Sarah. I'm Tyler by the way, Tyler Chase" I said.

"I'm Matthew Johnson. I got into the school for Track & Field" he said.

"I got in for, music, art, singing and dancing, swimming, gymnastics, and soccer. I also play a lot of different instruments. Oh! And archery as well." I said.

"Woah! You do everything don't you?" Matthew said with a wink.

"I try" I said, smiling. Taking a second look at Matthew I saw that he had dirty blonde hair that went down to his ears, stormy grey eyes and he was wearing a caduceus pendant around his neck. He had tan skin an athletic body, though he was slightly lanky. Tonight he was wearing a black button up shirt, with matching pants, black shoes, and a grey tie, with his pendant overtop of it. Blushing, I quickly hid my face when I realized how long I was staring at him. As I did so, I heard him chuckle.

As me and Adrian were dancing, I looked over and saw Haven, Tyler, and the other guy talking. What I was surprised by though, was that Tyler was blushing slightly.

"Hey, Adrian?" I asked.

"Yeah?"

"Who was that other guy, you and Haven walked over with?"

"Oh, that's Matthew Johnson. He's a grade above you and my sister, two above me. He got into the school for Track & Field. He holds the schools speed record for every event. And from what Haven says, his moms a nurse, but he doesn't know his dad."

"I see…"

"Why?"

"I think Tyler… might have a crush on him"

"Oh?"

"He's Bi"

"So is Matthew" Adrian said as we both began to laugh.

"Hey, Tyler?" Matthew said to me.

"Yeah?"

Matt, and Me were sitting at a table; while I finished eating. Sarah and Adrian had stopped dancing but were now going for a walk outside. Haven had left, saying she wanted to 'leave us alone' for some unknown reason. And I lost sight of Naomi and that new guy Ander.

"I want you to meet a few friends of mine, from my class"

"Really?"

"Yeah, I think you'll like them" Matt said with a smile, and grabbing my hand he led me away.

"But my food!" I whined.

Stopping only for a second, Matthew laughed and said. "It's a buffet, remember?"

"Fine" I said, following him blindly.

A few minutes later Matthew had led me to group of his friends: there were 2 girls, and 2 guys.

"Hey, Matt" They said as we walked up.

"Hey, guys" he said, waving.

"Who's he?" A boy with Fiery ginger hair, deep sea-blue eyes, and tan skin, with a light dusting of freckles on his cheeks said. He was wearing a red button-up dress shirt, black slacks and a black tie.

"This is Tyler, he's a grade below us" Matt said.

"Hey" everyone said.

"Tyler this is: Jesse O'Furent, John Willis, Kenzi Thomas, Hex Iris, and Korinne Kore" Matt said pointing to each one as he said their name.

Jesse was the boy with the ginger hair, and blue eyes, tan skin and freckles; who was wearing the red shirt, and black tie.

John was a boy, about 16 almost 17. He had short messy blonde hair, with slight muscles and electric blue eyes. He was wearing a tuxedo woth a black over coat, black shirt, and white tie.

Kenzi was a girl with an average body and height, she had dark brown hair, that was down to her shoulders, and brown eyes. She had on a classic white dress, with thick black straps that came down and formed an "X" in the center-top of her chest.

Hex was a girl with long brown hair, and green eyes, she was rather skinny and about 5'7" in height.

And lastly Korinne Kore was a girl who had long, curly wine-red hair with shaved sides, golden color eyes (The color of brandy), and pale skin. She had on white skinny jeans, powder blue lace gloves that go up past her elbows, knee high black boots, a miniature top-hat clip, and a corsetted purple and black top.

"So, why did everyone get into the school?" I asked, more to Matt then the people themselves.

"Sports" Jesse said.

"Same: John said.

"I got in for archery, art, and swimming" Kenzi said.

"And I got in because of art" Was Hex's answer.

" Science and Chemistry" Korinne stated.

"What about you?" Kenzi asked.

"I got in for, music, art, singing and dancing, swimming, gymnastics, and soccer, for playing many different instruments, and archery." I said, as everyone gaped at me in awe.

"Yeah, I did the same thing" Matt said, laughing.

"Sh-shut up!" I said, blushing furiously. As everyone came out of their shock and we all began laughing.

Suddenly Hex stopped and in a worried voice said "Um, guy's? Something bad is about to happen"

"Yeah, I'm about to kiss Tyler" matt said, as he turned me around and caressed my cheek.

"No, not that. Something else… I think we should g-" Suddenly their way a large explosion that created a gigantic hole in the wall. And as the dust cleared 3 humanoid, bird-like creatures came through the hole. They were old looking, with black leathery skin, and wore grey robes.

"Where is he!?" The tallest said.

"Where is Hades!?" The shortest said.

"Where is our master!?" The fattest said.

"We know he's back!" They yelled together.
