Write the ethereal,
Not the physical
It has to be poignant,
Be sure it's metaphorical.
That's all the narrative
That we can stand and respect,
No more, no less
A thousand words to be exact.
Listed above are the strict rules
That's not all,
The Essay rules
Which are mere opinionated fools.
I can't emphasise
Of how not only I groan and sigh
When sitted before a blank parchment
To fill something in the big blank space, I try.
It's too difficult
And don't you just agree
That we should all write the same way
When essays call for creativity.
No wonder everyone moans and scream
When they have to write one
No matter what anyone says
It's a tedious task to get done.
