The bigger they are, the harder they fall

Unless you're filled with air

My bottom ties can never be cut

And it never hurts to soar

Most of me is not me

I am only my skin

I wrap around gasses

In an airtight embrace

If I float up too high, I am bumped back down

by a surface I cannot see

I gleams under the sunlight

But is not visible to me

Melted sand, a fulgarite

Stretched wide and thin like yours truly

Holes are made to let others through

I am not included

Maybe because I'm overinflated

Maybe my flawed rubber

Is misshapen

Out of the sky and into the vault

The bigger they are, the harder they fault
